Roundtables cover vital topics like Multiplayer, Graphics, Sustainability, Editor Experience, 2D Games, Engine Core Performance, and Collaboration, fostering open dialogue to shape Unity's roadmap. Concurrently, interactive feedback labs provide hands-on time with new features in areas such as AI Assistant, Pipeline Automation, Asset Management, UI Toolkit, and 2D workflows, where your direct input will help validate and refine tools and services.
Below, you'll find the schedule for these sessions over Day 1 and Day 2.
Reminder that you must be a registered attend for our Unite conference. If you haven't registered you can do so here.
When latency, scale, and fun collide, details matter. In this roundtable, we’ll share lessons from the trenches, and follow with a collaborative session to help codify “what actually works” and turn it into a living playbook. Topics might include client prediction & reconciliation, lag compensation, AOI/relevancy, bandwidth budgeting and compression, server fleet scaling, and live-ops readiness. We’ll map where Unity helps today out of the box, including how well it plays with third party solutions, and where we should focus moving forward. Expect candid production anecdotes, open debates across solution providers, all in the best interest of the success of game developers’ projects.

Join us for a graphics roundtable to get detailed insights on our future plans, share your feedback with our development and product teams, and participate in workshops to help refine our strategy. Join a select group of industry leaders to discuss: Lighting, The future of render pipelines, Graphics back end modernization (Vulkan, DX12, Metal), Shader, material, and VFX Authoring (SRP shaders, Shader Graph, VFX graph/Shuriken, Shader Blocks, Unified standard shader), Neural rendering.
This roundtable gathers leaders from across the ecosystem: Engine, platforms, development studios, players solutions, and non-profit organizations – all working to turn sustainability from siloed initiatives into a shared playbook. We’ll trade concrete tactics on standardizing energy metrics, using platforms and engines effectively, and designing player experiences that translate to real-world action without hurting creative intent. Expect pragmatic examples (telemetry baselines, GPU/CPU efficiency wins, content pipeline tweaks), honest trade-offs (perf vs. fidelity vs. UX), and collaborative next steps to adopt after Unite. You’ll leave with a compact checklist, reference metrics to track, and invitations to pilot efforts with peers.
Join Unity’s product and UX design teams for a focused roundtable on the future of the Unity Editor. This session focuses not just on surfacing today’s challenges, but on helping us validate potential solutions that aim to make collaboration smoother, iteration faster, and versioning less painful. We’ll share early concepts and invite your candid input: do they solve the right problems, would they fit your workflows, and are they something your studio would want to use? Your perspective will directly shape our decisions as we evolve the Editor to better meet the needs of teams working at scale. You’ll also connect with other Unity creators navigating similar challenges in production.
Join us for a Multiplayer focused interactive lab. In each session, you’ll get hands-on time exploring specific feature areas. Your feedback is essential: you’ll help us validate ideas, refine workflows, and identify what works—or what’s missing. In the Multiplayer lab, participants will explore a "Play Mode framework" that provides a flexible and modular way of configuring the original Unity play mode, through scenarios, and inspecting status.
Join us for an AI focused interactive lab. In each session, you’ll get hands-on time exploring specific feature areas. Your feedback is essential: you’ll help us validate ideas, refine workflows, and identify what works—or what’s missing. In the AI assistant lab, you will leverage Unity's Beta AI tools to generate a small scene. You’ll review prompt engineering for task automation, script refinement and content generation, actively shaping Unity's AI learning experience.
Join us for a Pipeline Automation focused interactive lab. In each session, you’ll get hands-on time exploring specific feature areas. Your feedback is essential: you’ll help us validate ideas, refine workflows, and identify what works—or what’s missing. In this lab, participants will explore Pipeline Automation, a new workflow automation service for Unity that enables you to create, automate, and scale your realtime 3D workflows using Unity and third-party technologies.
Unity is the most widely used engine for 2D games. With 2D features spanning foundations, world-building, animation, graphics and physics we are committed to improving production efficiency for your teams.
Let’s get together to understand the 2D development pain-points you are experiencing today and the improvements that you hope to see in the future.
